Scope and limits
Aegisten is workflow software and coordination tooling. It does not replace contractual, regulatory, tax, safety or environmental obligations of customers, contractors or other service providers.
Suspension and availability
Access may be limited where security, fraud, misuse, unpaid fees, unlawful content or legal risk is detected. Availability may be affected by maintenance, providers, network issues or force majeure.
Liability and law
Liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss caused by proven breach unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Latvian law applies unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
