Controller and processor roles
Where Aegisten acts as processor for customer operational records, we assist the customer/controller rather than deciding the request independently.
Response timing
We aim to respond within one month unless GDPR allows an extension due to complexity or volume.
Safeguards
Controls include role-based access, MFA, audit logs, least-privilege access, encrypted transport, controlled evidence access and incident review.
