Processing scope

Processing can cover account access, service requests, work orders, contractor assignments, evidence files, approvals, invoice support, support tickets and audit logs.

Instructions and confidentiality

Aegisten processes data only on documented instructions unless EU or Member State law requires otherwise, and requires confidentiality from people authorised to process personal data.

Assistance and incidents

Aegisten supports data-subject requests, breach notification, deletion or return of data after termination and audit information reasonably required by the controller.

Sub-processors and transfers

Sub-processors may be used for hosting, storage, email, analytics, security and support under equivalent data-protection obligations. International transfers require lawful safeguards.
